Ann-Marie is a newly qualified teacher who is also a devoted yogini. In addition, to the wider aspects of yoga, Ann-Marie has a special interest in yogic postures and lifestyle. Ann-Marie naturally excels in the physical aspects of asana and supports this with a firm belief in a balanced lifestyle approach.
Ann-Marie’s unique approach is one where one size does not fit all, and we must all search for our own answers with regards to lifestyle, food and exercise.
Ann-Marie chose to follow the path of yoga 3 years ago after struggling with the stress of being a working mum juggling all the elements of the household, children and work. The breathing techniques learnt from yoga has helped her to relax, uplift and strengthen her mind.
The meditation has helped calm her anxiety and help her remain positive and the posture work has helped with flexibility and strength. Ann-Marie’s aim is to help and empower other women to achieve an inner sense of calmness and peace.
Charlie is a newly qualified teacher trained at I-SKY who has a passion for pranayama and sound healing.
Charlie has tried many different styles of yoga over ten years including Hot, Bikram, Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha and Aerial.
It wasn't until she tried Kundalini yoga for the first time with Jonny that she truly understood what it felt like to be connected to the divine.
She found it beautiful as well as challenging and in a matter of months of practicing kundalini yoga was able to start overcoming her anxiety and past traumas which she had always struggled with.
Charlie is passionate about sharing the benefits of Kundalini yoga techniques to as many people as possible.
Charlie is also trained as a gong practitioner with Gong Master Mark Swan and has a Pluto gong to share with you.
A newly qualified teacher, Samantha has practiced different forms of yoga over the years but it wasn’t until a trip to India in 2018 on a yoga retreat that was life changing for her as she truly made the connection between body, mind and connecting to her inner self, recognising the power of meditation and mantra.
Samantha fell into Kundalini Yoga by accident but it came at the right time in her life as past trauma had been triggered.
She is fascinated by the science of Kundalini Yoga and how it has helped her heal and change patterned behaviour, she wants to share it’s many benefits including healing with others.
Samantha trained at I-SKY and is enrolled to do her level one gong practitioner course as soon as it’s safe to do so.
