gong baths have recommenced.

movement and meditation classes to resume in JAN 22

the space

The Kundalini Garden is a space created within the community of Byfleet, Surrey.

Tucked away at the bottom of our family garden we share practices which support and promote conscious living.

The space is a sanctuary from the world outside. A comfortable, safe place for movement, reflection and contemplation.

Everyone is welcome and we all support each other in a nurturing environment for self-discovery. Our goal is to provide the local community with opportunities to move, meditate and relax in an affordable way. Movement, meditation and relaxation need not be an expensive investment and should be available to all.

Our movement and meditation class is by donation and people can pay what they can afford. Our gong baths are all for charity so that we can look after ourselves and others at the same time.

The studio’s unique set up allows for personal attention to be given to each person who visits.

We provide mats, pillows and blankets. The space also benefits from air conditioning and heating, so you are always guaranteed a pleasant environment to practice within.

Reach out and contact us- we hope to see you soon!

"Great gong bath experience. A beautiful space to have time out from the craziness of the world healing for mind and body. Thank you so much we will be back."

NF- Student

"Powerful yoga focusing on the breath and meditation and mantra. Excellent class with deep meditation and gong bath at the end."

SS - Student

"As a sceptic about meditation, I was unsure if the class would be for me. However, the class made me feel peaceful and relaxed. It even improved my sleep. I enjoyed the class and feel that as I continue to attend, I will become more in tune with myself and my mindfulness."
